Default Latch for anchor locker

Does anyone know what brand or part # of the latch for a 97 BT SC430? I ordered one from BT about 3 months ago and no show. It would be nice if it came in white. Thanks in advance.

Best to check with a local marine store. Boat Us, West marine, etc. Most latches are generic and can be replaced without going to the builder.

I'll be right next door to the fatory tomorrow, if it would be any help I could stop in there and inquire for you. Just give me the details.

I did not even know they had an anchor locker, we keep our anchor under the back bench and it is pain to get to. I hate the way the bench slides out instead of lifting up.

My 97 SC430 has an anchor locker at the port (left) bow on the deck, with supports for a Danforth style anchor and tie off for the bitter end of the anchor rode (line). It also takes a grapple hook style anchor off the stern to hold the boat in a cove. 100 foot line and chain on each and many times it is not enough line. The pull forward and flip forward rear seating surface is a standard arrangement for McLeod interiors. Almost all Formula's from '88 on have this arrangement. It is a real PITA if the front edge is curved instead of straight as in our boats.
