Anyone else having trouble with the digital Ritchie compass in their Tigers? With mine it resets if you operate certain switches on the dash panel (like trim tabs). I've seen this same problem with another Tiger.

Does anyone know where the transponder is located for the in-dash unit?

I suspect it is sensitive to power and isn't tolerating power spikes, or it is loosing communication with the transponder (wherever it is).
