Looks decent enough. Couldn't read the hours but thought I saw 300+. 39K motivated seller, make a low low ball offer see if he bits, might be worth the risk at that kind of price.
I have an 02 just hit 100 hours this season.

Looks like it was left in the water from the scum line.......and it's location is 100% salt water. Who knows if the engines were flushed often.... or never?????? I don't "think" I see a fresh water flush kit on those engines but I could be wrong.
Other than that it looks pretty clean from the pictures.......

Engine compartment looks too clean to be a salt water only boat it whole life. Really need to see a picture of the drives to make a decision on that. Price is decent, but does not mention if a trailer is included in that price. That makes a big difference if it is a deal or not. There are a ton of 292s for sale right now. Jeff Wurl

Its there just has a black cap instead of blue that they usually do. Does look like it sat in water, but rest looks good.....if the pictures were not taken when he bought the boat.
Kinda need to go look at it, there are a lot of 292s for sale (they made a lot) but none in the thirties. Don't worry about hours they are black motor small blocks, they can go way longer than 300 hours

I am waiting on the broker to call me back to get pictures of the bottom, drives and more shots of the engine compartment. I didnt think the 3xx hours it has was that bad. It looks like it has sat in water, with that said my boat would get a scum line on it after a day in the water, so the question I have is that just a scum line or is it covered with barnacles!!! Only pictures will tell. If anyone has anymore info let me know! Also the cheapest 292, so its either bad or the seller is that motivated!

FWIW, two of my friends just sold their immaculate freshwater 2000 & 2001 Formula Fastech 271's with 502 Mags on trailers for $39K each! Both sold within 6 months of listing. I gotta think a newer 292 is worth more.
