Default Wow Wow and double WOW!!

I wish my customers would deal with no callbacks, runarounds and general bull%^&* like these folks. Hell, I could be rich if I sold product and did not service it.

I must say that regardless of how many apologies you got, not returning a call is totally IN-EXCUSE-ABLE!!

I would seek loss of use from them.

I think it is funny that we all deal with the CRAZY money anything that says "boat" on it costs, pay it without question..etc etc, AND have to deal with horror stories like the ones mentioned here.

Based on what I have read here, I would not buy one.

You are a patient man. I would have been in the factory with a video camera asking people what happened to your boat and filming the results to be posted on the web.
you can pop a nice register tool that will put your site right next to thiers in a search. Complete with video of the runaround.
I would call it "my expeience with XXX company".

Check with your lawyer...it is legal.

Default Fountain issues

My problem is about the same as yours. Cracked stringers are a problem for me, specially when there in my NEW boat. My Galley fell out when I was on a polka run. Devaluation is real when it comes to resale. Im totally disgusted with Fountain. I thought my42 was a dream come true. Some told me be carefull what you wish for. Some thing to say for a solution. Legal eagles are contacted.

As I stated in my post "Fountain Factory conclution" They had exceeded my expectations and apologized. Once Wyatt Fountain called me and assured me that the job would be done to my satisfaction, and it was. In fact they worked beyond what I expected and warranteed everything. Except for the initial issue I was treated well and am satisfied.
