According to Ford.com, the F250 starts at $29,455 and the F350 starts at $30,555 but not sure what the starting configuration is. The F250 picture has a black grill and the F350 picture is chrome.

There was no price difference between a 250 and a 350 when I bought mine. Seemed like a no brainer to me.

I thought the f350 had a heavier front axle than the f250, I don't know if that's still true. I went with a new F350 longbed srw. The 6.7 rocks, nicest truck I have ever owned. Doug

The Ford dealer told me that there is a $1,000.00 difference between the F-250 and the F-350. The $$$ don't make any difference, the only reason that I would consider buying the F-250 would be for the softer ride when no boat is attached. But it sounds like the F-350 would be a better deal with a boat that is pushing the max towing capacity of the rig even though they both have the same rating for towing there is a difference in how much tongue wieght either truck can handle.

When you are ready email Dylan Nelson at Vista in Woodland Hills. [email protected]

He is the Internet sales guy and went down loooooow, brought the truck to my house with paperwork and we signed. Easy and no salesman bs.

I'd get the 350. When it comes to resale, you have a larger audience because of the increased GVWR. It is very appealing to the RV guys that haul 5th wheel campers and want to stay legal. I cannot see anyone saying no to a 350, but some will say no to a 250.

And a long bed F350 will ride better than a sb F250
if you have the cash put a good suspension on it and you will really improve the ride. i had the Fabtech 4.0 coilovers on my F350 and it rode great.
