#11
I put 2 posts on my rear cross member near the bucks and plop 2 45 lb weights from my set on each side when I put the trailer in to take out the boat. Then I take them off after out of the water.

I have a towmaster aluminum trailer, but the 32-36, triple axle, triple disk brakes on a surge system with a reverse seloniod for backing up. No float problems, but probably due to being bigger and heavier than what a 24 would need. I dont think I'll ever get anything other than an aluminum, and I'm 1000's of miles from any saltwater.
I was waiting for someone to say something about the pvc thing.

mopower you're right.
It took my wife to remind me that the water didn't work and I ended up filling the PVC with sand.
Sorry for being such an idiot. I guess I burned those brain cells out with too much Crown Royal.
