That's a bummer that you weren't able to put a washroom in your garage. I do understand that you have to go with the bylaws. It is what it is. At least with your
12' ceiling your able to have a 2 post lift in the garage. Also put just about any offshore boat in there with the 10' tall garage door.

Agree!
I built a 30 by 50 with 10' 6" ceiling and while it seems really big at first, I filled it right up.
If I had to do it over, I would have built a 40 by 60 by 12.

That said, I do have a 2 post lift in mine and I can walk under a car with it at the max lift I can get.

Agreed, bigger the better if you have the space. I went 40x50x14, looked huge at first, now pretty full. Glad I went with 14' ceilng or I would hit my head while standing on the deck of the boat

Plus when you have people over, it's better to keep them in the shop then let them in the house! lol

Thanks. It's 2232 square feet. The main area is 50' wide x 36' deep and the boat bay has a 18' wide x 24' deep bump out making that bay 60 deep in total.

hey i bought that car almost brand new, I have this one now. I have a vortec 406 that will make about 450hp/500t. The A/C everything works. A friend had one with 350hp with frame connectors and a bunch of bolt on susp parts would run a 1:35 at Mosport. Same times as a 2015 BMW M4. Prob end with it looking something like the second one without the hood. I could have a Vette but I feel claustrophobic in them

A Third Gen feature on BIG MUSCLE were legit now lol!! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OMZYOvM8Fp4
