Double that, seriously.
I have a 30x60, and I can fill it up pretty quickly.
Permanent residents of the building:
-37AT on trailer
-22' long dually
-17' outboard cat on trailer
-GF's spare/show car
-Harley
-Scooter
-ATV
-Oversized Golf Cart w/bed
With all of that stuff ALWAYS in the barn, I really only have one "space" to work on any of the other vehicles/projects; or friends' stuff when it comes over.
I just started work on a 60' long lean to on the side of my building. I'm hoping to have another 20x60 under roof, pending what lumber size we can make work on the span.

There are several ways of doing this. But the easiest and most common is a boiler ( gas or oil) then you run around 120-140° water through it. Before you put down all your concrete you run a pet like tubing through out the floor. Hook it into some manifolds and connect that to the boiler. You can then run a thermostat in the floor, on the wall, or my preferred method of outdoor air reset. O.A.R. Ilisten where you set it up to keep the boiler at a certain temp depending on the temp outside. The cold it is outside the warmer the loop run to keep the space at temp. Any good Hvac company should be able to give you a price and do the work. However it's not the cheapest way of going about it; but it is the most comfortable

Look at post #351 for infor. My biggest suggestion is to make sure you insulated properly. I have 6inches in the walls and 24 inches in the ceiling. This is probably the biggest mistake everyone makes. It is cheaper to insulate then to pay for oil or electric as the years go by. Pay now or pay later.
