Hey Buck,

We have a Leer on our Dodge also. (Theres a pic of it back in this thread) Bought it in 2000 have had NO problems whatsoever. Had great customer service with them also! Its the second Leer we've owned, bought one for our 84 Ford back in 85 and it never gave us any problems.

Buck,
As far as the service, I think it is going to be up to the Leer Dealer such as yourself.
From what I am told, the dealer I went through was having a tough time with the Leer Service when it was being handled under one Corporate Center in the Midwest. He says it has gone back to Regional Centers now and things have been much better.
My dealer spent almost 2 hours retorqueing all the window screws and we had a hard time making the passenger side latch lock- in when trying to close. The lock is still a minor issue, but I just give that side an extra slam after closing...;)
Also, the glass on the passenger side is warped about 1/4 of inch. I notified him of it, but I am willing to live with it as long as I don't see leakage over time when the seal begins to shrink.
Let me know if you have seen this warpage on the glass. It is in the back/right/side. If they all come that way do to a poor mold, then I won't consider replacing it in the future.
When all warranty was finished, I asked him about me having to sign something so that they get paid for their time from Leer. He said he just eats the small stuff like this and will not back charge them for it. This way, when he needs something BIG taken care of, he has no problems... :)
So far the dealer's service has been good.

Sharkey,

I'm glad to hear that your dealer is going to bat for you. It sounds like he is doing everything in his power to make it right for ya.

I'm getting my first 100XQ in about 12 days. I'll take a look at the window you mentioned.

Looking forward to a succesful relationship with this company.

Buck
