I don't think you'll gain anything by going to a smaller carb. I would concentrate on heads, cam, innercooler and more boost.

griff do you have a choke , my bg 850 did the samething it had no choke. but once the nickerson is warmed up its fine.

No choke on my 1050. I even have a bigger roller cam.

Have you messed with the idle mixture screws????? It took a few tries before I got it right.

YEAH i ONLY HAD IT OUT A COUPLE TIMES SO THIS WINTER WHEN ITS OUT I MIGHT BRING IT TO NICKERSONS TO DYNO IT AND DO SOME HEAD WORK .
