I know this maybe does'nt belong here but i'm building a mini 25hp race boat.On a 25 Merc 94 model where would you tee in a water pressure gauge?

Default water pressure

Should be a pipe plug on rear water jacket between spark plugs. If not you can tee off telltale but reading might be a little lower than actual pressure but thats not a problem.

A rule of thumb if those little motors are pumping a constant stream out the tell tale you will probably be ok ,It is when they start to spurt intermittantly they will get hot.I wouldnt bother with a guage for that motor.

Yeah but its a race boat.Aggressive height,Ron Hill cleaver.Flying along i don't think i'll see the telltale.Basically just need to know the pressure is allright at the height.

I thought or wrongly assumed tiller steer . Since it is fixed pin im sure you could ,graduly increase the speed and have a peek .I will go out on a limb and say you should run out of drive before water pressure on that motor.
