Default Bennet tabs?

My bennet trim tabs are stuck in place. I can hear the pump working down in the bilge when working the swithces, but the tab cylynders don't move. I can also extend the ram by hand, so I know they are not completely siezed.
Any one else run into this?

Make sure there is enough fluid in the bottle.
Also, I have seen the solenoids stick or quit all together. The pump will still run but the fluid won't move. Sometimes tapping on them will shock them loose. (plastic end of a screwdriver etc...)

And yes, Bennett is very helpful in getting you repaired or replaced...
