Pacific Offshore
We just ended a good season out west, in total 20 boats competed during the year in the four events.
The most contested division this season was F1 which fielded three boats for all of the races.
Most encouraging was the growth of P5 which saw four boats at the race in Hunnington Beach. One of the boats P5-17 Faster Daddy, is already planning on stepping up to F1 next year (in the Lavey F1-11 boat), so the P classes do work.
There were six teams that made every race (had it not been for a flip in Benicia that number would have been seven).
While that was not the boat counts we would like, we were still racing in a great environment. I do not recall a time where all of the teams were not all smiles. If you want to come out and have a good time, you cannot beat Pacific Offshore.
Check out the pictures from Ventura at www.pacificoffshore.com Jim Scherrer had done a great job with the website. Ventura was a blast. The dry-pits had six+ motorhomes which were occupied by Team Renegade and Signs for Less. Signs for Less hosted a BBQ on Saturday night that was attended by the entire LaveyCraft team (and there is a bunch of them). It was a great time and what racing is all about.
We are very much looking forward to next season and seeing boat counts grow.
The Signs for Less team would like to thank the board and officials of Pacific Offshore and reaffirm our commitment to racing with them and helping them grow.
