Default Anchor Question

I have one of those Fortress lightweight anchors. I bought the wrong side and its way too big. I was thinking of purchasing one of the Box Anchors, there is a deal in General Discusion.

Do any 33 Powerplay owners use the Box Anchor?

If so, which size? Which is the smallest size you can get away with?

Thanks

I bought a large box anchor and it works well. It also fits in the anchor locker. It is fairly heavy and awkward if you try to pull it up when on the bow. I would try the small unless you are in rough water or fast moving currents.

Thanks. I usually just drop my anchor over the side when stopped and let the wind move me back. Id love to get away with the small. The website says small to 30', it may be too small.

I have a large box anchor and it works great! I store it under the bench seat. Indy has one too, I think it is also large. I think you could get away with the small, but we frequently raft up with several boats off one anchor, so I figured better safe than sorry.
