A Mirage Plus is the right prop to lift the bow. That boat should run on the last 4 feet of hull when trimmed up. What happens if you keep trimming it up???? Nothing???? Have you tried trimming beyond the trailer stop???? The stop and trim guage pucks may not be set right.
In the pic, you have no rooster tail at all. You should have a little- maybe a foot high and 5 feet long.
Have you checked for a hook in the hull????

hook in the hull? yes, i've tried trimming her WAY up! all that happens is i get a HUGE rooster tail, lose speed, and she revs up. nothing else. OK- so a mirage plus 3 blade is what i want. now what pitch? and do i just get a basic prop and call it good, or do i get it labbed? i really appreciate the help!

Go with a 23 pitch Mirage Plus and get it custom labbed from there if needed. It is the correct prop for the boat. If it doesn't give you more bow lift and more speed, there is some other issue holding it back. You should see 4800-5000 rpms with it and 65mph.

Call Brett at BBLADES and try a Mirage 23 as suggested. He has probably setup hundreds of props for a 25' Outlaw. You are only out your time and shipping charges for the prop.
Like everyone has set, you need to turn it up to 5,000 RPMS.
Last year I ended up testing a 25p Mirage and it changed my midrage and top end by so much I bought 2. I bought the test one and purchased a second one to put in the waiting line to get labbed.

A 23 M+ Labbed to the correct spec's. is the correct propeller for the boat. We have built countless props for these hulls.

You right Griff! I have tried a 22 bravo 1 on my baja 25 outlaw and it doesn't like at all. I have gotten a lot of porpoise like crazy at cruising speed with 2 feet chop. I just putting back my 23 mirage +, and no porpoise, better cruising speed, and better top end.
The best propeller for this boat is 23 mirage + with lab finished, nothing else's, that's it and that's all.......for my 2 cents.
