If you think you must use the 24v pistons then...

If you think you must use the 24v pistons then your going to have to use a 24v head. You can still use a mechanical p-pump for the injection just need some aftermarket lines.

I know a little bit about this subject. I have built and run several 1000+ hp 2 valve head trucks. With that being said I will be using common rail when the diesel motor goes into my boat.
