With the black bushing set you base timing at 16 and the total will be 34.

If ya call MSD tech they will tell you the higher the base timing the better it will idle.

Did you put the red bushion in it ? The higher the timming the better it will idle .

With running the timing at 8. total would make the exhaust temp real high.

I have seen it turn headers on cars red hot :eek:

Your not going to believe the difference in power when you get it...

On my street car and race car I lock out the dist at total advance . It has better throttle response and Idles alot better.I just hook up the retard...
