Problem Solved !!!

Just wanted to thank all of you for your input and help with my problem.
Took the boat out last weekend..Got the oil temps up to 220 and above..Came back the next day and checked for the milky...

you need to get yourself a handheld laser temp control..point shoot and read the temp..I got one..at least you'll know if the senders and gauges are...

What was the compression test #'s... Were they all the same give or take a few..Were there 2 cylinders next to eachother with lower numbers than the rest?
Could also be wrong head gaskets

I would just change the stat...It maybe getting stuck in a slightly open position allowing constant flow to the cooler..and keeping you temps at 190

The oil thermostats are inside the square...

The oil thermostats are inside the square mounting where your oil filter is..your oil hoses are also there, Should be 4 hoses....My engines are not 500's they are 509 gen IV..I do not have oil...

I was thinking exactly what you said about the intakes .I just changed the intakes and the old aluminum ones were rotted on the water ports by the head.. I haven't taken the boat out for a good run...

Just got off the phone with Eddie Marine tech support...

He says its not reversion...Not with the 114 lope seperation and 236 degree duration cam on my engines.. He did say put the pcv's back on

There are 2 hoses on each engine plumbed from the valve covers to the flame arrester..No breathers or PCV..Just hose to arrester. I just installed 2 PCV's one on each valve cover on each...

I can't see any residue of water

There is less than 50 hours of running time on these manifolds

as for the oil coolers...Oil pressure is 60-80 psi..Water pressure is 5-15 psi...I think I would loose oil into the water not water into the oil..but i will inspect them

New EMI thunder exhausts ..looked in manifolds , no sign of water..and all plugs same tan color.

I'm going to put the PCV systems on and see if that corrects the problem..

Why only one motor?

Red face milky oil under valve covers..compression test

I have two 502 mags and in one engine last season i was noticing white milky stuff under the valve covers and in the breather hoses but nothing on the dipstick or in the pan.
The engine ran great,...
