It looks like both 39's from the classifieds that were at Double R have been recently sold. Both had some RED on them. Hmmm.

I dont know if they were sold or just taken off the market (to look like they were sold only to be put back on in a short time )Interestling enough the LS Scarab i am interested in (marked sold by Double R) is now being brokered exclusively by Earle in Canada)Double R wanted 235 grand for the outboard Sutphen(more than Richie wants for a new one ) .For the six drive boat without engines they wanted 95 grand.God Bless if in this market you can get 95 grand for a 12 year old Sutphen with no power.

PS COMMON SENSE dictates i wait a few more weeks (just about the time the seller is starting to think he or she MAY get stuck with their boat for another winter -another year older )and place an offer under market value= LOW BALL .

Tis the time of year in the northeast.I have been in contact with the broker on the 38 LSMITH.Scarab .The broker wants to move the boat at a very fair price .Picture wise it shows new.Looks like a trip to Canada is in the works in a few weeks.(Guess he doesnot want to sit with this boat all winter, not to mention the boating market sucks)
