are the exhaust manifolds/ risers for sale? I need some for twins.

Oil filter Head mout yes. The bracket for the ouil filter on the bell i dont sorry about that.

420 Short Blocks
2 - 400 assembly set 700 for both
2- Fuel heads are head with cylinder head mounts 3/8
2 sets- Cat Rocker Arms 1.7 ratio with 1 piece push rods
3- Gen IV 454 oil pans 50 each 2 for 80
