Save your transmission from a costly repair! We have custom 1000 ft. lb. heavy duty drive plates available. These are 100% made in the U.S.A. The dish style improves engagement of the transmission input shaft and makes the plate much stronger than a flat plate. In addition, machining of the flywheel is not required for spring clearance.
The manufacturing process has been changed to minimize runout of the splined hub. Each plate is blueprinted to a maximum runout of .003 before shipping. This is extremely important for reliability and to minimize vibration. Mounting hardware is included.
This is an upgrade to the Mercruiser driveplate 8M0051206.
