Do you have any pics of the completed cuddy?

I am actually working on that now. Hope to have it somewhat completed in a couple of weeks.

I look forward to seeing it. The seats look like they would make it more usable.

Still working on the cuddy but it is taking shape. I'm using cream 'hull-liner' on the sides and vinyl on the headliner.

I've got one of the cubby's done, still working on the other. I made a plug/mold for the radio enclosure, just used a foam plug for the tray under the amp. I also did one for the vhf right at the cuddy entrance but don't have a pic of that for some reason. Put red led's in the cockpit too, ended up making brackets and using trailer led's, the ones I bought from superbrightled's just seemed to flimsy for cockpit use.

Glueing up headliner support brackets:

Plug for cubby tray (blue foam covered in epoxy):

Cup holder to go on passenger side of cockpit (actually white now, just need to buff and install):

Front of cuddy. The door is big enough that I can stash all of my orange life jackets up there now and frees up space under the rear bench seat.

Port side cubby:

Had a great summer, put over 100 hours on the boat, made more trips than I can recall over to the islands (PIB, MBI and Kelleys) and very little issues to speak of.

Managed to get my k-planes on the boat which worked great, only issue is I'm still chasing a leaky reservoir.

Had a couple oil cooler leaks but got those squared away.

The Sierra exhaust manifold gaskets blew out on me, changed them out a couple weeks ago and back to normal.

Also took my bowrails off and filled the holes in, these still need a little work to blend them in because I rushed thru it the first time but it looks a lot better without them.

Other than that, nothing but good times and cold beers and a ton (probably several) of fuel. Made all those late nights, weekends, etc over the previous year and a half all worthwhile.
Wish I could take the rails off my boat, makes it look so much cleaner
