A new 30 Activator built from Mark is selling for over 120,000. The 90,000k orange one that sold was not built by Mark and was not brand new. If you were to have a new 30 Activator built now from the factory it would cost over 120,000. Ther are a few 30's that are a few years old that range from 70 to 90, but you wont get a new 2012 from the factory at that price.
I have a 2007 and mine is listed for $ 84,000 to give you an idea, there were only a handfull of 30's built by Mark( maybe 10) and maybe 5 by Angelo and his crew.

The activator sitting in the Suffolk impound lot should be available from amig INS. Co some time in march if mr. Winters case finally settles. His case is the only one left to release the boat. The D.A. Just faxed me a property release for the trailer it sits on, and they want me to pick it up. Apparently AMIG does not care about the vessel and that's why the D.A. Released it. I personally have no interest in that boat and want to put the whole situation it has caused for me and my family in the past. Someone should be able to pick that particular boat up cheap and either put back in p5 class or poker run it.

The boat will go up for sale from AMIG INS. Co. Seaun McGee was the watercraft specialist who is handling the case. I could post his number but until Jimmy winters figures out what he is going to do, or his case is dismissed the insurance co. Will not speak about the boat or numbers at this time. I think after 3 years and a whole lot of heart ache it was time for me to give up on that particular boat.

Boat was transferred via private shipper to farmingdale n.j. For auction. When it left Suffolk county the drive and lower was their. When the auction house took pictures the drive and lower were there. Now the most recent pics show the drive and lower gone. Hmmm does the drama ever end with that boat?
