We all had the utmost respect for each other back then. What great times it was !!!!! Mark and BJ had us on that race no problem. it was fun just being a part of it. Martin Sanborn and Dick Krippen were really good at calling races and made it fun to watch on Speed Chanel every Sat. morning. The trash talk was loud , the racing was great and the friendships have lasted a life time. So many good stories and crazy things we all did. I hope this next generation of younger teams watches some of these old race videos and understands it is possible with the right people to get the wheels back on the tracks. We are coming to the end of a bad 8 year financial cycle that should allow for a new chapter. More boats in less classes. If anyone has the F1 Marathon race that was crazy. and the icing on the cake was Cape Cod that the Activator pounded threw some of the worst water I have ever raced in.
