I just purchased the boat that went to lake Lanier. I was told this was Docs boat that the bottom of boat,and reriggig was finished in 2018. What kind of speed can boat go with 1200 hp?

Congrats Ricky!. Glad to see the boat is local. It is definitely a nice ride. Can't Imagine throwing 1200 in it. Would have no idea what kinda of speed that would produce. Good luck. Tom

It has a JC Performance 540 Dart block and heads about 950 h.p., Imco Extreme Advantage SC outdrive. Upper unit failed a couple years ago and I drug my feet about fixing it. Now the XR gears are on intergalactic backorder.......I thought I would test the water on a sale as is. If I don't get any action I will just get it finished up here in a couple months when the gears come in, but it would save me some hassle to sell it before the move.
