Just got back from the marina...Poker Run was great. Actually had another 25 AT there. HP500 in it.....handed me my azz going down the river :rolleyes: Boat handle great, had a brand new 26p Bravo 1 prop and it gave me a nice cruise speed....55mph at 3750RPM. Had 3 women on the boat and no one complained about anything other than when it was over. Got her a cleaned up and jammed another 200.00 in the fuel tank so she is all ready for next weekend. I'm downloading the pictures as we type so .....film in a few. :D

Had a blast in 1000 islands, too bad it wasn't a little more sunny. Glad to finally catch up w/ ya cosmic, next time hope its a little nicer, was out of there a lot earlier than expected today. Not much fun in the rain.


another dumb question, What speed does your depth gauge cut out at? think I need to move the sounder towards the center of the boat its almost at the outer strake

I don't have a clue!! I'm not looking at it at speed. :eek: I was so pissed this morning at the weather I left at 10. came home to get stuff done and ck OSO. the boat looks great :cool:

Never paid attention at the depth cause I know the waters around henderson, been their since birth....but when not in familiar waters felt kinda blind, when it cut out on plane !!!!

weather sucked from the time ya left lake of the isles, but we hung on till 11am today, felt sorry for my sis-n-law& husband in the tent, nice and dry in the cuddy :D But we all had a good time anyway :drink: :drink: :drink: :drink: :drink:

so I guess you figured out the trim and tabs. It looked to me that you where doing fine. The boat looks real good , wish I HAD MY CAMERA TO TAKE SOME RUNNING SHOTS FOR YA. :(

Thanks, still learning but getting used to it,we remembered the camera as you were leaving no runnin shots for you either.....need to sell the stingray so i can play with it, steering, prop, some upholstery work, new shifter, etc, etc the list just keeps gettin longer.............its a disease :D

Yes....Yes I have!!! My all woman crew handled all the lines and fenders, got me water, applied the sunscreen :evilb: and even smeared a little lip gloss on ;) No broken nails, no serious hairdo issues and the wind over the top above 50 MPH makes the bikini tops float away from there intended targets!!!! :D Damn I love this boat!!! Drinking alot of water and eating fruits to replenish the damages from Captain Morgan and Ciroc vodka libations. Board member C-Spray and his lovely wife always come prepared with jello shots and fruits drenched in vodka. Had a great time with a great bunch of people and looking forward to next years Tomes Landing Poker Run. :D

I think the wind-flow was designed perfectly and encourage all females to experience the wind through their "hair" when we go for a cruise :D :D :D :D

Yea....the captain is a staple in my house and boat. The wife got some plastic containers from US plastics to store the Captain in and her coconut rum for the strawberrie shooters so we don't have to worry about broken glass in the boat. Look into it if you take your own stuff along works great and takes up less space. :cool:

My wife is 5'1" but she wears a 3 inch flip flop shoe to keep her azz up on the kicked out part of the bolster (we broke it the first year owning the boat when I launched off a wave and she came down on the bottom of the seat back) so she gets a good bit of wind, I'm 5'9" and I get it from the top of my chest up. Doesn't bother me I like the wind but the fatigue factor after a long run is crazy.

We stay out on the hook alot so it suits us. And this plastic, beleive it or not doesn't leave a taste. Not that I leave it in there long enough :evilb: :drink:

that deflector works great on mine, I have elec bolsters and can put it about 1/2 way up and have no wind in my face at all looking over the top of it. :cool:

I was a lpttle disapointed with it this year Steve, the water was so flat I couldn't stop the boat from bounceing at any kind of speed. also they didn't have enough docks for everybody. I think next year I will be doing the A-Bay run in the ST lawarence river the same weekend
