I had a Baja, a Formula and a Scarab in my Building last winter. But if some body needed to put a AT in there i would evict one of them.

A small 23yo brick rancher coming in the neighborhood on the main rivah went on the market 3 weeks ago for 550k and they got 4 contracts on in 2 days. It sold for 558k. I think they underpriced it.

I helped an AT owner get staggered this weekend in Norfolk. I'm not sure how much it helped his balance but his props were definately digging in.

I would like to thank Activeshack for another great weekend on the river. That makes it two in a row.

Also would like to thank him for allowing me to look a motoryacht captain in the eye as we come along side him.
