At this point I dont care about the money I just want my boat back looking like it should so I can get it out of there.
So what was the problem with the vinyl?

I will post some results of our investigation into the carbon fiber vinyls tomorrow. It seems to still be what the consumer wants to see so the big question is how we can make it more user friendly.

Some of the investigating is interesting and should help with keeping higher quality standards in the future.

Thanks, Pat

That is so funny and I won't even relive the stuff I've went thru with you because it's not worth it anymore. I don't need to say anything you can talk to all nevermind.

It sounds like the old phrase "You can't please all the people all of the time..." I can only tell you guys this, as a past employee of Active Thunder responsible for factory sales and service, I've seen Pat fix boat issues that other manufacturers would never touch! It may take some time to get it done (usually during the winter season) but the man stands behind his product and the repairs exceeded the customers expectations. I was proud to be part of Active Thunders "growing stages" and if I were in the market for an offshore boat I know who would get my $$$. There will always be warranty issues with any manufacturer whether it be Cigarette, Fountain, Outerlimits, MTI, Skater, Eliminator, Sunsation, etc. etc. etc.
Active Thunder and Pat will be there when you need him most! Steve E.
