That boat was the brochure boat when I had mine built. I made a few changes and a few comments to Pat and his replys were hilarious. I have all of the emails (sent and received) in a notebook. Its some good reading:D

Rare when I'm buying means their indemand so I have to pay a premium price. Rare when I'm selling means their not many on the market so I should expect to sell it at a discount. Nice Boat :) Doug
