#2 V-bottom. 500 HPs with Prochargers. Same guy also bought a twin 28 with 377 Scorpions for his house on Winnipesaukee. |

Heard your 37 had a problem. That one and another one. The step insert for the hull mold slid sideways when built. Nevr could fix it right. Leaned over to one side sit'n still and pulled hard to one side while driven. Who ended up with your boat Chuck? Sydwayz could fill in the details.
Chuck had a straight bottom 32; not a 37 AVH. Any more dirt? |

I could fill you in if you like. Sitting still is a weight/ balance issue, not a step issue. Most of the side entry boats, including the good ol' 32 V-bottoms would sit higher port side because the helm, gauges, head, etc. were are on the starboard side. The first 37 was a learning curve with the insert.....and Chuck didn't own it. He had my first 32, 450 HP boat that started all this AT stuff. Feel free to ask any other questions that I might be able to answer for you. Thanks, Patrick |

Ilene did just that. She leaned a bit. She was the first AVH out of the mold, and the boat was corrected. It was just one boat afflicted.

She NEVER pulled to one side or another at any speed..just that annoying list at rest and the slower speeds. above 70 mph everything was fine. The bigger the water and the fast you went...OH so fine so fine!!:D:D and it all looked JUST like jewelry!!:D |
My 32 leans a little right at rest and slow speeds as well. Pretty sure its because both batteries are on the far right under the seat. The water tank is on the left side and is always empty. I just added a big third battery to the left side, so it should sit pretty level now. Haven't had it out to check yet.
