I just wanted to thank our hosts over the weekend, Mark and Lori. They had a house FULL of people not to mention the ones in the dented up FEMA trailer and even more tied at the dock. Again a big thank you and tell Chester that if his parents will have us back next year we will come back and throw his water bottles around.

Mary Sue and myself would like to extend our very gracious thanks to Mark and Lori for hosting us at the Rivah Compound this weekend. We truly had a blast, and it would not have been so sans such logistics. Tom and Christine extend their thanks as well.
Getting home was uneventful for us as we are about an hour from Shack's, but that's when things hit the fan. One of our Schnauzers was starting to come down with something over the weekend, and now she's in the hospital with acute pancreatitus, and what appears to be a foreign body lodged in her GI. MS and I have been a hectic wreck all week trying to work and manage the hospital, the other Schnauzer, and everything else. I've put on over 600 miles this week back and forth to Northern VA for work (I was in a class) and to the hospital each night.
She's not out of the woods. She's probably going to have surgery in the next 24 hours or so, and we'll know more then.
I don't mean to bring the thread down, but I've been rather quiet (and tired) this week, and the stress/worry is a bit overwhelming.
