Thanks for the responses. Everybody made it thru day 2. I think his family was more devastated today. Reality sets in.

We got him back up to the funeral home near the factory. Preparations are being made to get him back to home in PA tomorrow.

Anybody local we are going to have a small memorial/ celebration of life, one day next week when Dana and the kids get back. Call me or IM me.

Pat

Very sad news, AT lost a family member and a fellow boater.
We thank him for the joy that he brought everyone in the boats that he built.

Unhappy Steve's Legacy

It's with a heavy heart that I write this post. The news of Steve's accicdent is sad and shocking. As a past employee of A/T, Steve and I worked side by side....his dedication & pride in his work was unsurpassable. Even after I left A/T, Steve and I kept in touch. It was his great skills that helped me rebuild my Checkmate into an even greater boat. To Dana and the kids, I know Steve was a great dad and husband...and I know you'll miss him dearly as the rest of us. To all the Active Thunder Clan, a piece of Steve rides with every boat!
