Default A/T Mechanical indicator Card?

Does yours look like this? In this pic the tabs are all the way up but the drive trim indicator is disconnected with the cable pulled out. I would think that is like the drive being all the way up, if I push the cable in it goes to about 8. Any Ideas? Is the card different? The cables can only come in one side off the indicator. I'm missing something. Thanks, Doug

I thought the "0" is at the bottom and the "9" is at the top on mine. I will check tomorrow.

I do know that when the tabs are all the way in the up position, the indicators are at the bottom(like yours).

The 25 cable comes in from the bottom and the 28 cable comes in from the top.

When the tab goes up it pushs the other end of the cable out. Hence why one is at the top and the other is at the bottom.

You sound like you worked on these things before....

Can you tell me what that empty hole is in the dash is for? To small for beer cans to fit thru...anything? Anybody?

Happy Memorial Day Pat! Thanks for building me an awesome boat that is 19 days away from being 10 years old.

Thanks for the help everbody. What has me puzzled is the cheat sheet taped in the by the previous owner for drive and tab settings. I'm in London UK. now, when I get home I'll post a pic of it. If he ran the boat using those numbers, it had to be interesting. R Addiction, I take from the pic that both tabs are up and the drive is down? Doug

Hmmm....not a bad idea...I filled it years ago with a drive temp gauge. When I repower maybe I'll drill another hole
