That's it?! Come on man...give us more feedback! If the winds were anywhere near what we had here yesterday, you had a classic ride. :coolcowboy:

Clark, do you get any kick backs for all the boats YOUR boat has sold? :grinser010:

Well the ride in the A.T. was everything yall said it would be. It is a great boat. Thanks to Clark for the use of his boat. It is very nice.

I was impressed how the boat handled the water and going in out of the inlet was a great experience also. It was nice to ride in a boat with someone that really knows how to drive. Pat definetly knows how to handle a boat.

Thanks for all the info that yall have given me and i will be making a decision on a purchase fairly soon.

so i hear your building a new 37 with 600s ?

Its official. i sent pat the down payment last week.

I am excited about the build. I decided to go with the 600s because of the cruising speed and i have the option to get more HP after the warranty is up. Not sure if it is the smart thing to do but i think i will be ahead of the game if i decide that i want to get more speed out of the boat.

If there is any info that you can give me about the build process i would appreciate it...

I don't have much I would have changed, but here's a few minor thinks:

I would have painted my deck hatches to match the graphics.

I would make sure the pop up cleats had a bigger pass through in the middle to allow the dock line to go through easier.

I would have installed a sliding cabin door in place of the double folding doors.

And I might have made the head rests on the sun pad longer.

JeffC 10-18-2009 08:57 PM

I told pat that i wanted him to install a camera so i could whatch them build the boat...lol

well the best advise i can give you is to stay on top of things, fly in at least a couple of times to make sure you are getting everything you want. I found that i changed things along the way that i would have missed otherwise.

painted cabin door & under rear seats, etc. i added lots of paint to my boat. Pat will be glad to charge you extra like me. lol.. congrats, you will be very happy with your boat. Pat builds perfection....

Dayum! I have been a busy boy. I completely missed your announcement. Congrats!

Do get the sliding cabin door. Although, I'm told my 37 was the last one build with folding doors. :angry-smiley-038:

Go with the built in cooler rather than the fridge. Rarely ever use it.

Don't try to save a few bucks on the GPS.

Do get all digital gauges. Screw analogue.

Will that model Garmin accept the info from the smartcraft and display it ???

Jassman 10-24-2009 06:51 AM

do the smart craft set up.. elimiates 125 pounds of wires, neat set up. I left the screen up that had both tachs up, which were right vs the gauges, also had the tim and tab indicators on there as well. Dash was clean looking, worked great.. spot on.

That's gonna be one sweet set up Jeff.

What stage is the boat at? We'll all be checking it out while we're down for the KW PR.
