A quote I pulled from one of my old threads(Gordo)
"APBA measured ours at the transom from the centerline(crankshaft/pivot pin centerline) down to the lowest point of the keel. The max allowed by rules was 19.5" which is where mine should be"

. I have been tryig to set up a day on the Bay and that looks like the date I might end up with. We will be going out of Shadyside, south of the bridge.Nick
