"APBA measured ours at the transom from the centerline(crankshaft/pivot pin centerline) down to the lowest point of the keel. The max allowed by rules was 19.5" which is where mine should be"

unless I'm doing something wrong, I only have 16 in. If I measure from crank to keel, down the back of the boat.

yeah but a year went by and most forgot about it. Then all of the sudden, BAM, there is a 100mph Tantrum at JOTJ.

I'm probably not going to make that run but I might be at Red Eye's for lunch that day. I have been tryig to set up a day on the Bay and that looks like the date I might end up with. We will be going out of Shadyside, south of the bridge.
