Cockpit is the same as 37, bilge/sunpad is shorter and cabin is shorter. It is large for a 33 foot boat. I have 2 roughly 6 foot couches and a v berth big enough for 2. Sleep 3 or 4 no problem.

The first couple posts on this thread are wrong.

Majority is in the engine compartment. You lose the ability to put a generator in front of the motors in the 33, like you can in a 37. (Remember, we've built 37s with triples.)

In the cabin, the 37 typically has a large U-shaped couch. In the 33, we typically configure the cabin with 2 opposing counches, and you step over a bulkhead to get into the V-berth. (So the couch/sitting area is about 18" shorter.)

The cockpit size is the exact same in both boats; side entry or center.
The head size is the exact same in both boats; side entry or center.

Remember, the hull of the 33 is 9/10s the hull of the 37. They are designed to perform exactly the same; exactly like nothing else.

Seems the bold color lettering is contrasting one another. If they perform the same but yet like nothign else then one or the other cant be in the equation. haha all kidding aside. The 33 ive been on is like nothing else. It ride great and speeds are excellent with power package cant go wrong.
