So yours will list to starboard also? Mine only lists to port from the prop torque. Mine has a small pad, how big is the pad on your 251?

Nah, being a smart azz. Running though on any single you get a little prop torque. The 25 is a straight 24 degree V.

Is it listing or is it chine walking?

I'm gonna say the pad is roughly 18". Its listing not chine walk. I get no chine walk at all. at speeds over 50mph she's a dream, it's under 45 in non calm water that's kinda annoying. I get a list probably due to prop torque, adjust with tab and on calm water it's fine, but in chop and 35-45 it'll kinda flop from side to side dependent on the water. I understand there will be some prop torque but I'm trying to get a better understanding of its stability after you adjust for the prop torque with the tab, and speeds under 45ish. I'm wondering if it rides better at those speeds due to a lack of pad? I'm trying to explain this the best I can, but still not sure I'm doing a good job.

If it is going from side to side......it may be falling off the pad. Try trimming up to get the bow up and settle more on the pad.

My Checkmate 2800SX will only lean to one side when caught in the slope of a wake while passing another boat or running into a headwind off either side of the bow...a quick touch on the tab and the boat levels out nicely! She does run on a "v" pad bottom...
