Finally got to test it today. Lost 1 mph at top end. Cruise speed seems decent at around 50 mph at 3800. Seems quicker on midrange acceleration. Will keep experimenting with it...kinda crappy conditions today. All in all pretty happy with it!

Rev limit at 5300.
Usually don't push it past 5..
Best I saw was 66 at 4900..but I couldn't get into the throttle and trim that much, crappy day and it was steadily getting rougher as the day went on.

In order to see if you're propped correctly.. You gotta open it up and see if you're at the redline. If you're into the limiter your prop is to small. If you can't come close to redline, you're over propped. I understand that you don't want to push it for fear of breaking it, so move over and I'll drive! Lol

Ya can't remember what the drive ratio is.
Had it rebuilt the first winter I had it....not sure what they put in it...pulling the drive this winter for a paint job and maintenance, so I can check it then. Got a bad trim tab on the port side also that needs to be addressed also. I can't keep the tabs level with hull bottom anymore. Lots of things on the list this winter already!
