No,, Sir.
This is one of the boats going to Mercury's testing facility in Panama City. They are going to test engines and see which breaks first. The boat or the engines (or the drivers) . I bet the drivers! .

I was wondering what was up with the basic rub rail when I saw the pictures, now it makes sense, Mercury "dock knocker" test boat. I don't think there'll be any further graphics due to the test boat format, oh well!
