Who has one and what kind of HP did it take ? this is for all you guys with fast 32s

I know most will do 80 with stock 425's

I knew of a twin 500hp that did low 90's.
All stock form. Was kind of blueish/green color.
Sweet ride, never really knew what happened to it but it started life in Minnesota

so a pair of 600's would probably get mine to 100mph ?

Doubtful. There was a 32 tested in Hotboat Mag back in the day with twin 575s that ran right at 90. To get to 100, he would have had to do the super chiller upgrade to make them ~700hp.

So 850hp gets you 80mph, 1150hp 90mph and 1400hp = 100mph? ok now im kinda depressed! just found out the most i can get NA out of my Volvo Penta gsi's is 575hp with ATECO's 496ci stroker head cam cmi header combo

Power Boat magazine featured one back around 2000ish. Teague ran over 100 mph, both motors were tired. Probably making 850-900 hp at the time.

dont believe everything you read in magazine prolly had full load of fuel ,12 people, and 1 prop was missing an ear … Amazing what advertisers of the mag put in write ups .

those numbers don't add up for the 32s hull? if bone stock 496s at 850hp for both motors will do 80 mph how would twin 900s just get you 20 more mph!?

just watched a couple guys do 91mph with just a pair of first gen 550hp v10 Ilmores at the LOTO shootout! ill bet a pair of ATECO 650 efi's would get a 32' Victory to 100mph?Cool
