I just went to the cat scales and my boat weighs 10,900 lb. Tounge was 540, axles were 10360. Boat, trailer, full fuel tanks, some gear, with xr drives and no stand off boxes.

94 3100 Awesome Thundercat

Thanks, James

The one thing no one mentioned as a difference is the gravel guard on the top deck on an AO. Also the motors on an awesome are not in the same side to side location as an AO. I will try to weigh mine next time out. Speedmaster/trannies add up.

That is a good point. I think a big difference is in how the cabin is layed out. It seems there is far more plywood used in having the the bed runing side to side and that extra storage to the left rather front to back.

Art had told me that the 2000 models and up were far much lighter then the earlier models.

sorry guys the weight range with empty tanks but fully rigged is 6500 lbs(lighest) to 8400(heavest) if it weighs more it has soaked up a lot of water, trapped water someware, or there is a hidden compartment in it with AL Capones gold.

How much do the trailers weigh. Gas was something like 8 lbs per gallon so 120 gallons is about 960 lbs.
