Default Drive indicator for a 28

I'm adding a mech. drive indicator on my 28 this year. Question is, I have tab indicators in the left side of the dash. Is there room for a 4 slot indicator there or do I have to add a seperate drive indicator on the right side? My boats still in storage and can't measure right now. Thanks.

Thanks, looks like a double won't fit. Guess I'll have to add one to the other side like yours. One more thing Steve, where did you get that flooring. I'm thinking of doing the same thing. What did you pay for that if you don't mind me asking.

This is the way I always did them at the factory. Split indicators on that dash just made for a cleaner, more balanced looking installation.

i was told you have to buy it through a dealer. the upholstery shop that installed mine bought it from a dealer out of st. louis.

$350.00 in material at 60.00/yard
another 500.00 to install it.

Thanks Eric, It does look better that way. I picked up a set of 25 mirage plus props like you said. Going to try them next week sometime.

Steve, thanks again. At $850 I think I'll wait till next season for that.
