New Apache is available from McManus...another option

Re: Red Death

Thanks guys, but i could never afford a new Apache(even if i could the depreciation on what probably is an eight hundred plus thousand dollar boat is crazy)

Re: Red Death

There are some fine used Apache powerboats available. If you see one you like, ask about it here on OSO. The members are helpful and knowledgeable.
Good Luck

My 41 is for sale in the classifieds....in my opinion, reasonably priced and in excellent condition.............

Re: Red Death

They are both great boats, Wes's is a nice ride. There are no used 41 SABERS for sale, only new, I take care of all of them 41 SABERS. I'll we check if somebody wan't to sell one if you like. There are some nice 41's APACHES around but the good ones are not cheap. Plan on spending alot to buy one and a lot to keep one. Sabers notched transom is V'ed, APACHES fairings are aluminum, and APACHES are all kevlar and some are Carbon and kevlar. You can get side by side setups, or short stagger or full stagger. Almost ever 41 APACHE is different in some way, due to full custom order, different floor heights, tank setups, cabins, drives, staggers, layups and int..

El Indio's Apache is what I call a real Offshore Powerboat!
Like a finely crafted weapon, the best V bottom design, the best materials, balanced for the rigors of rough water race useage. Built by the Kings of Open Ocean racing. Team Apache!!!

Re: Red Death

Mark's is one of the very few Apaches that will run at good speed with reasonable power. That's due to the weight of the hull. Most others need a pair of 1,000's (or more) and sixes to go the same speed.

Plus, there's nothing sexier than that long-dash 3-pack.

Bring that "Worlds Fastest Apache" down to the Keys for race week in November and show everyone what time it is. You've got the boat. You've got the hardware. Now SHOW the world! There will be plenty of other Apaches and their owners there. Why not?

Yea 120mph behind your Peter Built with a 600 Cat in it programed / goverened at 124mph. Hmmm actually I think 124 was your original numbers you quoted.

Sounds like a lot of hype just to get interest in your boat.
Hmmmmmmmmm seems we all no a major boat builder / racer/ record setter that uses the same tactics. Guess it works for him why not you too.

Furthur more last time we figured your gears and the prop you have it was 4 % slip which isn't possible with that rig.

Do you get tired of all your own BS, or are ya actually believing yourself now?

Sorry Man, but thats some Crap !

Well, I haven't been here in a while, so, I don't know if my info is correct, but if "FIRE WATER" (41) is still for sale, it's a BARGIN!

I'll be glad to sell you mine, but you'll have to get well over the 300 mark, one of five 41's that is kevlar/carbon fiber and in immaculate condition (ask ANYONE).
