What's rough about it? It's an 88'....
Interior is newer, paint looks good...deck shines nice... The picture of the engines isn't great and you can't even see any details..
If you're serious about buying one of these 28's you need to travel out there and look at it in person. Or need to re-evaluate your budget IMHO.

The top deck on my 28 needs a total restoration, but that ain't going to cost much and its only cosmetic. If the boat was perfect it wouldn't of been for sale. If it was perfect - it would be worth the $82K price it sold for new back in 1990.

Another reason why I could likely not attempt to ever sell my boat on this forum. My boat is 29 years old this year but I'm afraid that some would expect it to look like it just rolled off the showroom floor.
In my opinion, the boat "appears" to be very clean! Somebody go buy it!
