The 36 is an awesome boat...had one of the few with a stand up head before the 41 but in really big water I think the 5ft in length and extra weight make the difference.

I agree 100% on that one. Our 36' is great on rivers and inland lakes but if we were always on the great lakes or in the ocean I think the 41' is the way to go for sure. When I was shopping I wanted something that was a little easier to tow and I didn't want it sticking out of my 40' slip.

Yeah- his Apache changed his life! Both ways.

I remember how happy he was to have scored such a deal- and how far the seller dropped the price. Did the motors pop on the first day out or the second? What was it you said- don't love anything that can't love you back? Amen.

I'm a pay-as-you-go sort of guy. Not the fastest, not the best. But if my junk sinks to the bottom, I'm gonna' be OK. Every time I see a new $600K boat, I'm wondering about how thick the payment book is.

i would guess it to be a trs boat with a pair of merc. gen 4 bbc..........this #3 or#6 drive stuff is a differant deal.......big inch bowtie or dart block stuff is costly.....to fuel and maintain....just giving you the facts.....a payment and a maintainance program is real costly....know what you are in for.........m.m......

:D After the season that I had, if I had boat payments on top of it all.....there would be scars on my wrists!!!:D But what the heck, I've now got two new engines and two fresh #6's...........probably the best time to sell!!!! That way I would be able to look at myself in the mirror!:cool-smiley-011:

Like mm has said, most boats are sold when they are tired!! The cost of them is the easy part!!!!!!:hitfan:

Let's be honest - boats don't get tired...boat owners get tired.
