Really like the boat turned out great. Me and my uncle have been keeping an close eye on this.... my one and problem with is is the boat does not have a through hull exh. What would it take to make it into a boat with through hull? i have an O/B now and only reason looking for a i/o is the sound of them with T/H.

If that's the only reason for holding back on this boat, it's time to call the seller and get'er done! The only things needed for thru hull exhaust on this setup is a set of exhaust tails w/flaps exiting out the transom in place of the Y-pipe (which directs exhaust gas through the outdrive). You'll also need a block off plate to seal the former Y-pipe to transom assembly connection, etc. The right way to do it would be installing an efficient set of headers with tails. IMO, I would hold off cutting the two transom holes, sealing them and fitting tails until I modified or upgraded the engine. Enjoy the boat as it is for one season then have at it!
