If you have never been wet you have never pushed the envelope.....I have pushed the envelope and have paid the price for pushing that envelope....Tank is right about the T/S tooling. The swim Dick and I took was because I tripped the boat on a wake trying to overtake them on the inside after having the door was slammed in my face....in other words that move was just a second off in timing the second time was because we broke something on the boat....

Okay I have been thinking about this and here is what it comes down to, I would put "Only Rumors" on my short list if Grady has the step removed and refinishes the bottom afterwards and drops the price.(thats not asking too much is it?lol) But I know someone who has been commenting on here as of late has the Gradys ear and has been coached on what to say,so take that back to them.

kcsteve...I don't get coached, don't talk to Scott (its his boat)about this site, and don't really care if you buy the boat or not. I think a few posts back Panther told you to call him if you are interested in the boat. I even offered Bobs number and some very sound advice. I do however think there is a snowballs chance in hell the bottom would ever be changed or the price would drop. As I said earlier these boats are paid for and aren't subject to fire sales..that much I know. I wish you luck with your search. I look forward to seeing your Apache.

Sean, This forum is NO PLACE to air out the kind of stuff that comes with cyber fingers in each others faces. In fact sir, I hope you appreciate that. The fact that I have been around this boat for 10 years makes me a very educated person on it's history, performance, running characteristics, and current condition. Lets remain civil, and perhaps we can still have a drink in Miami. You have a hard time believing someone can come onto a web-site and speak there own mind??.... PM me, I have no problem giving you my office number. You already know the addy.

Troy I have no problem with you and would thoroughly enjoy having a drink.....I do however have a major problem with your partners, friends, employer, or whatever they may be but I have kept it off the boards like a gentleman I think Marc and Mike air that stuff quite well!!! Send me your office number mine is 609 317-5466 and it's on most of the time!!!!!! As far as the boat is concerned it is a great boat I don't agree that the step does anything but help the Apache lope it is still an Apache it's not the boats fault that the owner is who he is!!!!

I would probably say the Grady boys are flexible on there prices since their trying to get money to start building Chiefs to send to Europe. As far as I go after I get back from Miami next month I will get down to a short list and then talk to who I need to talk to and then try to buy one whoever it may be. But thanks for all of your info "No Issues" it is helpful.
