How can it be an "Apache" when the hull ID says it was made by NEWTECH MARINE INC.....is that in any way associated w/Mcmanus??

It's a 36' with the twin-step bottom. Hull/Deck was built by Apache's glass workers, boat was rigged by someone else. It has the enclosed head which is rare! Good luck with your purchase!

Newtech was the company the Chief mold came from. It was a Saccenti/Apache design and had nothing to do with McManus.

Nice looking piece, would like to see pics of more 37s.

I've heard of nutech but don't have all the details. Not to change the subject, but when did Apache go out of production? I thought they were done before 01.

Well my 28 is a 2002. Bobby built it, not mark. I don't know about the 36/37 or any other model. But from what I have been told I have 1 of the last ones if not the last 1.

I heard that it was the first twin step 36' built and was tested at Lake X and I heard it was even in a PB test article. It ran mid/upper 80's with 500's at Lake X.
