looked at it today. One locked up engine, whole cockpit and cabin are mold, hasn’t run in two years, standing water in the boat, lift doesn’t work to get it off, no trailer, etc.....probably worth $25k as it sits

the interior is nasty @ 55k no.........that makes 2 Apaches rotting on a lift in FL

eh not really. The most perfect 36’s out there sit for how long in the 80’s ? Probably settle in the 60’s. So for a half decent 36 at 55... real money isn’t far fetched. To each their own though
