the interior is nasty @ 55k no.........that makes 2 Apaches rotting on a lift in FL

This is almost laughable. You must be too busy to notice that current market or something. 55k isn't touching anything mint in the 36ft range.

eh not really. The most perfect 36’s out there sit for how long in the 80’s ? Probably settle in the 60’s. So for a half decent 36 at 55... real money isn’t far fetched. To each their own though
