Great to see they are being aggressively restored back to the glass.
I think most the Apache guys know who Dave is and what he’s doing. He’s already restored sacred ground to Straight Arrow. He’s know working on Lucky Strike and Little Cesars and he has kid Apache and he has one more (can’t think of it right now). I met Dave when I wrote an article on his restoration efforts for Speed On The Water a few years back. I knew he was searching for Little Caesar’s and when I saw it pop up I text him. He flew out a few days later and bought it. He is fanatically meticulous with his work and the boats he rebuilds are, dare I say, better than new when complete. While opinion on paint of the 41 varies, I don’t think ANYONE will dislike how Lucky Strike and Little Caesar’s are going to turn out, since he’s taking them back to their original look thus, he needs as many detailed pics as possible to get the paint recreations perfect. He can get pics online like anyone else but I was hoping the OSO fam could dig deep and come up with some pics that haven’t seen the internet (he is going to call tres to see about pics of LC). LC is most likely going to have trip Teague 1500’s by the way.

here’s Straight Arrow

Indeed...met him at our Delta Poker Runs in the 90's...had no idea that he could build cars and bring Apaches back to life.
I emailed Tom M the Lucky Strike photos when I initially posted- apparently the family had few photos of the boat.
Perhaps the photographer Paul Kemiel has some as well if you contact him...

Here’s one I’ve had since 1989. Hope it helps.

thanks for the pics guys. If anyone finds any other rare but detailed photos, please post. Dave asked me to find whatever I can so he can get the paint exact.
